(not stalking just noticed you clicked on our ad) Don't stress if this is your first job in aged care or If you are studying Nursing, we all start somewhere, and if you are well experienced, looking for flexibility and exposure, we can help you out!

Here is a bit about us!
We are a Boutique Nursing Agency that specializes in aged care. We originally provided staff to aged care facilities in South-East Melbourne, but now we are growing wider all around Melbourne! 

How do we work?
Basically, after applying and having a successful interview, you straight away have access to our secret club app that you will download. In this app, you will update your availability and be able to find shifts with flexible hours that suit you and your lifestyle.

Do we sound too good to be true?! Thanks, we've been told that before! But what we need from you first:

• Documented proof of qualification (e.g Cert III in Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelor)
• Current 2025 or 2026  Influenza Flu vaccination evidence
• Current National Police Check (not older than 2 years)
• NDIS screening card (ideal!)
• Current driver's license/reliable source of transport
• Wonderful people skills- can build rapport easily with facilities and their residents while representing CBNA

• Fantastic pay rates with weekly Pay (Every Thursday, right in time for the weekend!)
• Start work within 24 hours of your interview (usually less than that though!)
• CBNA App to manage your availability and pick up your shifts
• Work in a variety of different facilities- increase your knowledge and experience in the industry
• Ausmed training platform valued at $350, free for EVERY member! (training + CPD points and more)
• FRIENDLY and SUPPORTIVE allocations team available to you 7 days a week from 5am til 11pm
