We are a Boutique Nursing Agency that specializes in aged care. We originally provided staff to aged care facilities in South-East Melbourne, and now we are growing wider all around Victoria, Tasmania and now in New South Wales!

How do we work?
Basically, after applying and having a successful interview, you straight away have access to our secret club app that you will download. In this app, you will update your availability and be able to find shifts with flexible hours that suit you and your lifestyle.

Do we sound too good to be true?! Thanks, we've been told that before! But what we need from you first:

• APHRA Registration
• Current 2026 Influenza Flu vaccination
• Current National Police Check (not older than 18 months)
• Current driver's license/reliable source of transport
• Wonderful people skills- can build rapport easily with facilities and their residents while representing CBNA

• Fantastic pay rates with weekly Pay (Every Thursday, right in time for the weekend!)
• Start work within 24 hours of your interview (usually less than that though!)
• CBNA portal to manage your availability and pick up your shifts
• Work in a variety of different facilities- increase your knowledge and experience in the industry
