Head of Technology - B2C

About The Role

We're looking for a strategic technology leader to shape and lead ENGIE's B2C Technology function. You'll be responsible for delivering secure, reliable and scalable technology platforms while driving digital transformation, operational excellence and high-performing teams that support customer and business outcomes.

Lead the B2C Technology function across engineering, delivery, testing, release and service management. Drive the delivery and ongoing operation of digital products and platforms that improve customer and business outcomes. Develop and execute technology roadmaps, capability strategies and operating models that support business priorities. Establish governance, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement processes to ensure effective delivery of technology initiatives. Manage technology partners and vendors, ensuring performance, quality, risk and commercial outcomes are achieved. Build a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, operational excellence and modern Agile delivery practices.

About You

You're an experienced technology executive with a strong track record leading large-scale digital transformation programs within complex environments. You'll combine strategic thinking with operational leadership and bring the ability to influence senior stakeholders while building high-performing teams.

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs, including transitioning technology capabilities from external partners to internal teams. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, application lifecycle management and modern engineering practices. Experience establishing and improving engineering, testing, release management and service management capabilities. Demonstrated understanding of cyber security, technology risk and governance, with the ability to embed security and compliance into delivery practices. Proven success building and leading technology teams, developing capability, managing vendors and driving measurable business outcomes.
