Flower Market Assistant – Supamart Tramsheds

Part-Time | Supamart Tramsheds Flower Markets (Fri-Sunday 10am-5pm)

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Flower Market Assistant to join the Supamart team and help bring our fresh flower markets to life.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who loves flowers, enjoys working with people and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. Flower knowledge and previous basic floristry experience are highly regarded, but not essential – a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

As a Flower Market Assistant, you’ll help with the day-to-day running and presentation of our flower market, including:

• Setting up and packing down the flower market display

• Arranging and presenting fresh flowers in buckets and displays

• Wrapping flowers and bunches for customers

• Assisting customers with selecting flowers and creating their own bunches

• Keeping flowers fresh, watered and beautifully presented throughout the day

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and inviting market area

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service

• Processing sales and assisting with other duties as required

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Are friendly, reliable and confident speaking with customers

• Have an interest in flowers, plants or fresh produce

• Have flower wrapping, floristry or flower market experience – highly regarded but not essential

• Have good attention to detail and an eye for presentation

• Are comfortable with a physical, hands-on role including lifting buckets, setting up displays and being on your feet

• Are available for part-time shifts, including Fridays and/or weekends

• Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
