The role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working night duty 21:30 - 0715 on the following rostered days:

Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Role

Reporting to the Care Manager, you’ll provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents while playing an important leadership role within the care team. You will:

Deliver exceptional clinical care in line with best-practice nursing standardsTake the lead on shift, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to our personal care teamBuild trusting relationships with residents and their familiesSupport a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents and colleaguesApply your clinical judgement and expertise to identify and respond to changing resident needsFollow clinical, safety and organisational policies and procedures

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an RN who combines strong clinical capability with genuine warmth and compassion. You’ll have:

Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent2+ years’ nursing experience, ideally including aged careKnowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality StandardsUnderstanding of AN-ACC assessment processesStrong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health conditionsThe confidence to coach, mentor and support care staffStrong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skillsA positive, collaborative approach and competent IT skillsWillingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
