Location - OrangePermanent Part Time - Week 1 - Wed & Sun ND. Week 2 - Tue Wed Fri Sun NDShift time - 21.30pm to 07.15amPay rate – $48 - $60.30 per hour + superannuation + Shift loadingNot for profit employer, so you pay less tax!

Reporting directly to the Care Manager at St Francis Orange, you will be providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home.

About The Role

Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing proceduresActing as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care teamWorking in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you’ll need

A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyCurrent AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similarThorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality StandardsDemonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processesStrong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issuesStrong coaching/training skillsEffective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligenceStrong communication skills and a positive attitudeCompetent IT skillsWillingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
