About the role
McInerney Ford is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our busy dealership in Morley to grow our fleet and corporate presence. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with corporate customers, and leasing companies, while identifying new business opportunities, and managing fleet sales.
Key responsibilities
Fleet and corporate sales
Identify and secure new fleet and corporate opportunities
Build strong relationships with corporate customers, and leasing companies
Prepare tender submissions and pricing recommendations
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure excellent quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery
About you
Proven experience as a Fleet Sales Manager within the automotive industry
Prior experience with Ford commercial vehicles is strongly preferred
Strong management, communication, and negotiation skills
Current WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
Current WA manual Drivers Licence
Experience managing corporate accounts, fleet opportunities, and tender submissions
Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
