Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that technology implementations effectively support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and use cases to guide development and testing efforts.
• Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Validate and verify that the developed solutions meet business requirements through testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding status, risks, and issues.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and business analysis.
