Extend OSHC at Waverley Christian College, Wantirna South

Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.07 to $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

Before School Care: 6:45 am to 8:45 amAfter School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:30 pmHours: Work 2-3 shifts or more, across Before and After School CareVacation Care: Up to 30 hours per weekContract: CasualProfessional Development: Paid training for your professional development

Key Responsibilities

As our OSHC Relief Service Coordinator you will:

Build Trust: Instill confidence and build strong relationships within the school communityFaithfully Embody: Respect and align with the school's faith-based values and ethos during interactions with children, families and school staffChampion Quality: Work with your Area Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our expert compliance teamBe the Visionary: You're the leader of the service! You'll plan and program epic crafts, science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!Inspire and Deliver: Enriching and intentional play-based programs that foster engagement, creativity and quality learningChef it up: Prepare healthy, tasty breakfast and afternoon teaSafety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels important

What You Bring to the Mix

The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more.
