Position: Permanent Part-Time Position (Term-Time and Vacation Care)

Salary: $72,472 (Includes super) + Allowances

The salary package includes additional payments under the Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

Before School Care: 6:45 am to 8:45 amAfter School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:30 pmHours: Monday to Friday (31 hours and 15 minutes per week). Guaranteed all school days and Vacation Care.Leave: As this is a part-time position, leave entitlements apply.Travel: Work close to home.Professional Development: Paid training for your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

As Our OSHC Service Coordinator You Will

Build Trust: Instill confidence and build strong relationships within the school community.Faithfully Embody: Respect and align with the school’s faith-based values and ethos during interactions with children, families and school staff.Champion Quality: Work with your Area Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our expert compliance team.Be the Visionary: You’re the leader of the service! You’ll plan and program epic crafts, science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!Inspire and Deliver: Enriching and intentional play-based programs that foster engagement, creativity and quality learning.Chef it up: Prepare healthy, tasty breakfast and afternoon tea.Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels important.

What You Bring to the Mix

The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!The Essentials: A valid Working with Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, Food Safety Handler, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).Community Connection: Members of the Waverley Christian College community will be highly regarded.Master Connector: Whether you’re engaging with a curious child, empowering an Educator, or navigating a high-level meeting with school leadership, you build trust and connection in minutes.The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.Dress for success: Uphold a standard of polished professionalism to match the school.
