Head Of Design

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Design to lead the next chapter of our global product evolution. What you'll do:

Design Strategy & Innovation

Lead the creative vision for 2XU's global product collections, translating athlete insights, market trends and brand strategy into innovative, premium performance apparel. Drive innovation across fabrics, construction techniques and sustainability to ensure every collection strengthens our position as a global leader in performance sportswear.

Product Creation & Delivery

Own the end-to-end design process, partnering closely with Product, Technical Design and Development teams to deliver world-class products from concept through to production. Ensure every collection balances technical performance, exceptional fit and commercial success while delivering on time and to the highest quality standards.

Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership

Work collaboratively across Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing and the Executive Leadership Team to align product strategy with business objectives. Use customer insights, commercial performance and global market trends to create collections that resonate with athletes and consumers worldwide.

People Leadership

Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Design team, creating an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement. Build capability through mentoring, clear performance expectations and succession planning while fostering a culture that challenges convention and delivers exceptional outcomes.

Innovation & Brand Leadership

Act as the guardian of the 2XU design language, ensuring every product reflects our commitment to performance, innovation and premium design. Champion new ideas, emerging technologies and athlete-led thinking that shape the future of the brand and elevate the customer experience globally.

What you'll bring:

We're looking for an inspiring leader who is equally comfortable setting creative direction as they are rolling up their sleeves to create exceptional product.

You'll bring:

• 10+ years' experience in apparel or performance product design, including leadership experience within a premium sportswear, activewear or lifestyle brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, commercially successful product design.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams.
• Deep understanding of performance fabrics, garment construction and technical product development.
• Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for innovation, sport and creating products that genuinely improve athletic performance.
