About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and user-centric Product Manager to join our small, fast-moving Enterprise technology team. In this position, you will contribute to the ongoing innovation of our award-winning platform, with a focus on leveraging AI to accelerate development cycles and enhance user experiences. This role will be focused on working with our external enteprise clients and will be a client facing role, you will have the ability to leverage our internal engineers in this role tol help with builds.

You will work with a passionate team to help build products that solve real-world problems for Valiants’s core business. Your communication skills will be crucial as you collaborate with our talented engineering, design, sales, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In addition to this, you will:

• Work on cool projects to build things using AI tools for operations, sales and marketing teams to drive internal and external efficiencies.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users, the market, and the competitive landscape.
• Define and analyse metrics to measure the success of features and identify areas for improvement.
• Author clear and concise user stories, requirements and product documentation to enable engineering teams.
• Utilise AI tools to rapidly design and prototype and accelerate the product development process.
• Participate in product lifecycle rituals and help remove blockers to ensure the team can execute quickly.
• Champion a customer-first, product-led mindset across the organisation.

What You’ll Bring to Valiant

1. Product Execution & Agility

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS, FinTech, or fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven experience delivering features or components as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and proficiency with tools like Linear or Jira.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and monitor feature performance.

2. Technical & Problem Solving

• A collaborative and proactive problem solver with high intellectual curiosity and the drive to solve problems from first principles.
• Proficient understanding of modern web application architecture and data flows.
• Direct experience or a strong passion for integrating AI tools into the product workflow to drive efficiency.
• Ability to understand how individual features connect to broader business objectives and commercial KPIs.

3. Communication & Collaboration

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships across engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and experimentation where speed and impact are prioritised over perfect processes.
