The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team, a role that blends creativity, strategy, and execution in a way that’s genuinely different.
This isn’t a traditional “run the backlog” Product Manager role.

Instead of working directly with engineers day-to-day, you’ll bring ideas to life through influence, clarity, and collaboration, partnering with external development teams to turn vision into reality.

Think of this role as:

• Part product strategist
• Part creative problem solver
• Part storyteller and translator between business and technology

You’ll own outcomes end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, through to delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Bring ideas to life, shape platform enhancements across systems like Salesforce and Amount
• Turn complexity into clarity, translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements
• Influence without authority, partner with external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Own the narrative, align stakeholders across the business around what we’re building and why
• Drive meaningful change, lead UAT, releases, and business readiness
• Continuously evolve the product, improve workflows, customer experience, and efficiency
• Think creatively, leverage AI, automation, and new ways of working to push boundaries
• Balance speed and quality in a fast moving fintech environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years in Product Management or a similar delivery-focused role
• Experience working with vendors or external delivery partners
• Strong ability to translate ideas into clear, structured requirements
• Confidence working across stakeholders at all levels
• A creative, solutions-first mindset,  you don’t default to “how it’s always been done”
• Experience with UAT, releases, and end-to-end delivery
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or innovative tooling (highly regarded)
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
