Product Manager

• On-site Requirement: 2-3 days per week in the office

Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential.

What’s the role?

You’ll be joining Everyday Banking where the work you do shapes how millions of customers experience everyday banking. As a Product Manager, you’ll be accountable for end‑to‑end outcomes across a range of strategic initiatives and digital transformation. 

You will lead product decisions and backlog prioritisation across the product alignment workstream and ensuring product and process simplification initiatives are embedded in delivery plans.  In addition, you will identify and manage risks and controls for the changes being implemented.

Collaborating with service owners, product owners digital, tech, engineering, operations, risk and other business stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment. 

What do I need?

• Proven experience in Product Management within the financial services industry 
• Prior Banking or Digital Product Management experience 
• Proven experience in portfolio management and developing/executing product strategy
• Experience in large-scale complex transformations 
• Extensive experience with executive level stakeholders 
• A strong track record of supporting successful project delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology 
• Ability to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria clearly
