We are currently recruiting for two key positions.

Role 1 - Real Estate Sales Associate

Work directly alongside established agents, who are leaders in their core markets. This is an incredible opportunity to learn from the best, develop your skills, and build a long term career in real estate.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with top performing agents in listing and selling residential properties.

- Conduct prospective and database management to generate new leads and opportunites.

- Assist in marketing campaigns, home appraisals, and general administration duties.

- Attend property inspections and open houses.

Requirements:

- Genuine passion for real estate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain one).

- Customer focused, energetic, process driven and goal-oriented mindset.

- High level of initiative and a strong desire to learn.

Role 2 - Experienced Sales Agent

Are you an established real estate agent ready for more support, superior technology, and a stronger brand presence? Leverage the power, scale and reputation of the Ray White network to increase your market share and maximise your earning potential.

Responsibilites:

- Actively manage and grow your own property listings and sales portfolio.

- Build and nurture strong seller and buyer relationships across your target market.

- Execute high impact marketing campaigns backed by Ray White's exclusive, network only technology.

- Deliver exceptional client service and achieve top tier market results.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of successful residential sales.

- Valid Real Estate Licence.

- Strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge and self drive.

- Desire to leverage a premium international brand to scale your business.

Working Hours & Schedule 

- Both of these roles are full time (5 days per week + varying Saturday working hours)
