Villa Terenzio is part of Italian Aged Care Incorporated, a Charitable Not for Profit Organisation. We provide Residential Aged Care Services for 192 residents at Villa Terenzio in Marangaroo in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. Villa Terenzio is celebrating over 50 years of serving the local Community.

About the Role

We are seeking appropriately qualified and experienced Lifestyle Team Members to engage with our residents in implementing activity programs, in both a group and one on one setting to make a positive impact to their wellbeing and promote independence, a person centred care.

We have permanent part time and casual positions available. Weekday shifts are 9am to 4pm and weekends shifts are from 10am to 2pm.

What do you need?

• Ability to work to our values of Integrity, Acknowledgement, Compassion & Commitment to Excellence 

• Experience in planning, organising and implementing an activities program to assist Consumers to express their lifestyle preferences and meet their particular physical, cognitive and social needs

• Experience maintaining records, statistics and progress notes

• Sound organisation skills

• Good communication skills

• Current National Police Clearance

• Current Flu Vaccine & Covid-19 Vaccine

• Evidence of Australian work rights

• Experience working in Aged care or a similar environment with a demonstrated passion for enhancing the lives of residents

• Must be willing to attend a pre-employment medical assessment if required. 

• Must hold WA valid driver's licence and be able to drive a 12-seater bus (standard car licence required).
