Senior Analyst Financial Crime - AML/CTF Programs - 2LoA

As we build a best-in-class financial crime second line of accountability, this is a unique opportunity to help protect our bank, our customers, and our communities from financial crime.  In this key role, you will contribute to strengthening our risk management framework and have a tangible impact on an evolving and vital function.

• Help protect the bank from regulatory, reputational, and financial risks by building robust and ever-evolving AML/CTF programs.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of group-wide (and targeted) AML/CTF policies, frameworks, standards, and guidance.
• Help identify, understand, and interpret all applicable financial crime requirements and obligations (e.g., legislative, regulator expectations, international guidance) as well as best practices in financial crime mitigation.
• Transform complex obligations into practical policies and programs to ensure all employees can execute their financial crime risk obligations effectively.

• Solid financial crime risk knowledge with proven application.
• Experience with financial crime policies, programs, frameworks, and governance models.
• Experience in driving financial crime risk management across an enterprise-wide risk level at a financial institution.
• Proven policy, standards, and report drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels and drive change.
• Forward thinking with ability to ignite potential, elevate performance, and deliver a compelling vision at all levels of the organisation.
• Preferred - Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• Preferred - Financial Crime Industry qualification preferred such as ACAMS, AFCS.
