Availability: Set days of 1-2 days per week with flexible hours – Hours will increase in Nov-Dec when staff are away and during peak upcoming seasons.

Pay will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidates will have:

• Must Have Minimum 1+ year floristry experience
• Qualified Cert III or currently studying floristry
• Must be physically capable to lift up to 5kg
• Ability to work fast and meet deadlines when under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Dedicated, organised and reliable.
• Assist with inventory control for both flowers and giftware, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store | Assist with visual merchandising and product display.

Skill & Experience

• Creating up to trend bespoke arrangements in all styles.Must be available during black out periods such as Valentines Day week & Mothers Day week.
• Great attention to detail and keeping up with current flower trends is a must.
• Must Have Minimum 1+ year floristry experience
