About the job  

We're seeking a Technology Delivery Project Coordinator to join the Technology Portfolio Management Office (TPMO) and support the successful delivery of SA Water's technology investment portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their project delivery career who enjoys organisation, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement and helping teams achieve successful outcomes. The role offers excellent exposure to technology projects, portfolio governance, delivery methodologies and strategic initiatives, while providing a strong development pathway into specialist TPMO, project management and broader technology roles.  

Working within the Technology PMO, you will provide coordination, administration and governance support across a diverse portfolio of technology programs and projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Program Managers and TPMO team members to:

• Support project governance, assurance and portfolio management activities
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Maintain project information, documentation and reporting artefacts
• Assist with administration of technology delivery tools and systems, including CAPS and project repositories
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and delivery frameworks
• Manage and respond to TPMO enquiries and requests
• Contribute to the delivery of PMO services, methodologies and best practices
• Help drive consistency, transparency and quality across the technology portfolio.

About the Person

You are a proactive and organised individual who enjoys collaborating with others and supporting teams to achieve outcomes.

You may have experience in project administration, coordination, business support, PMO services, or a related discipline, and are looking to further develop your career within technology delivery.
