Role Description

At SEM Windows (NSW) Pty Ltd, we manufacture high-quality aluminum residential and commercial windows. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer service & Office Support Officer to ensure smooth daily operations and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

• Processing orders and ensuring accurate fulfillment.

• Coordinating with installation teams and managing service appointments.

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and product issues.

• Conducting follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous roles in customer service or administration within the construction or manufacturing sectors, particularly in windows and doors.

• Familiarity with aluminum window and door products, including specifications, installation processes, and industry standards.

• Strong communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. 

• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications related to aluminium products.

• Working closely with installation/service teams, sales and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

•  Ability to troubleshoot customer issues related to product performance, installation, or service. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other software relevant to the industry.
