Wellness Centre Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a Float Attendant to join our growing team in Richmond. Average of 10-20 hours (2-3 Shifts) per week. We are open 9am - 9pm, 7 days per week so availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client bookings in booking system (MyTime)
• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and text
• Ensure service rooms are thoroughly cleaned between clients
• Recommend services and treatments to help the clients achieve their goals
• Complete float water chemistry testing and treat effectively
• Assist with Social Media Content

• Positive attitude with a caring personality
• Good work ethic with a willingness to complete regular cleaning as part of this role
• Comfortable selling and recommending the best products and services for guests
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
