We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, innovative and nurturing Diploma and Certificate III Educator who is committed to providing high quality respectful and responsive curriculum for all ages. An Educator who is passionate and advocates for children’s safety and wellbeing to join our growing educator team, in a full-time capacity.

To be successful for an interview please address how you meet the following essential criteria within your cover letter;

·         Diploma in Early childhood Education and care or Certificate III in Early childhood Education and care

·         First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification

·         Current Child Protection Qualification

·         Current child safe training

·         Current Working with Children Check

·         Extensive knowledge on Child safety and paramountcy

·         Experience in the Early childhood sector 

·         Ability to mentor and scaffold learning of educators within an Early Education and Care Setting

·         Connection to the Alkira ELC Philosophy and demonstrated practices

·         Your image of the child

·         Demonstrate your understandings of The National Quality Framework, Education and Care National Regulations and Law and The Early Years Learning Framework.
