About the role
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal/Senior legal secretary/EA who is highly organised and has an eye for detail.
Criteria:- To be considered for this position you will need:
Experience in Family Law
Typing 80wpm minimum.
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
organised and demonstrate initiative
Demonstrate positive attitude and team player
Work under pressure and multi-tasking
Undertake rewarding paralegal work from doing discovery to being closely involved in management of cases with Managing Director.
Your role will be varied including the following tasks:
Typing fast!
Liaising with clients, barristers and other solicitors
Typing legal documents
File management
Diary management
Electronic filing
