Full Time Paralegal

Role

The role would see you providing support to our senior legal team with responsibilities including file management, drafting correspondence, preparation of Court documents and briefs, diary management, billing, liaising with clients and other legal and medical professionals on Independent Children's Law and private Family Law matters. Experience with the Legal Aid Queensland online grants portal is desirable, however not essential.

Requirements

You will need to have:

• Previous legal secretarial or paralegal experience, ideally in Family Law;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines;

• A high level of attention to detail;

• Have a flexible and proactive approach when necessary;

• A desire to join in and assist others whilst working within a team environment.
