Painter - Immediate Start

Location: Shoalhaven Region and surrounding areas

Paint Smarter is hiring painters for consistent, varied work across residential and commercial projects throughout the Shoalhaven region.

We welcome applications from licensed painters and experienced unlicensed painters who take pride in their work and can maintain a high standard across residential and commercial projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience across interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, sanding, filling, patching, masking, cutting in, rolling, brushing, spraying and applying finishes

• Can complete walls, ceilings, doors, trims, timberwork and other painted surfaces to a high standard

• Is comfortable working on residential, commercial, repaint and new-build projects

• Can safely use ladders, scaffolding, elevated work platforms and painting equipment where appropriately trained

• Produces clean, consistent work and respects clients’ properties

• Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently or with others

Qualifications:

• Holds a current White Card

• Holds a current driver licence and has reliable transport

• If applying as a licensed painter, holds a current NSW contractor licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate in painting and decorating

Work may include:

• Full interior repaints

• Exterior repaints

• New builds

• Ceilings and repairs

• Doors, trims and timber finishes

• Commercial painting projects
