Resi Owners Corporation Management is seeking a passionate Junior Strata Manager to join our supportive team on a full-time basis in Scoresby, to grow their skills and step up to become our next strata manager.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to inbound communication from clients to resolve issues as they arise

• Organise and chair annual general meetings

• Prepare budgets and ensure owners understand their financial statements 

• Managing quotes for required repair and maintenance work

• Review and liaise with owners in arrears

• Conduct property inspections across metro Melbourne to ensure common areas are well-maintained, bringing any issues to the owners' attention

• Progress to become a ‘jack of all trades’ by expanding your knowledge base on insurance, budgeting, and finances

Experience & attributes:

• Previous relationship management or property manager experience is required

• No additional qualifications or formal study required

• Current driver’s license

• An open mindset and an enthusiastic approach to the role

• Eagerness to learn and expand your skillset

• Strong relationship building skills to become your clients’ go-to person

• Great problem-solving skills for complex issues
