What your new job looks like

Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader, this 12 month Fixed Term Contract role will offer the successful candidate a wonderful opportunity to use your insurance knowledge and flair, working in a growing and high-performing team. The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, a commitment to excellence in client service, must be a team player and have ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines. 

The role will involve;

• Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service within agreed workflow timeframes.

• Underwriting renewals, new business & endorsements in line with your underwriting authority level

• Provide premium quotes in a timely and professional manner 

• Monitoring and reporting on loss ratio

• Actively implementing risk improvements on a regular basis

We'd love to meet you 

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in property underwriting 

• Understanding of quality service standards

• High level skills in organisation, time management & problem solving

Desirable

• Previous Strata specific Underwriting experience

• Knowledge of Strata Management Industry

• Established relationships in broker market

• Tier 2 in insurance
