In this role, you’ll build strong broker and strata manager relationships, support business development, and deliver high‑quality underwriting that drives growth, profitability, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the strata market.
• Support new and renewal business to meet growth and financial targets.
• Use Power BI insights to understand portfolio and market trends.
• Represent the SCI brand at industry events and networking activities.
• Deliver responsive, solutions‑focused underwriting within guidelines.
• Collaborate with Claims and Business Development teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure strong data integrity, compliance, and adherence to underwriting standards.

What You Bring

• Proven underwriting and insurance industry experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A track record of meeting revenue, retention, and profitability targets.
• A curious mind to find solutions for customers and improve the way we work.
