Our Prahran studio is seeking a talented and highly creative Interior Designer with refined design judgement and a passion for exceptional residential interiors.

The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work alongside Rob Mills and the team on some of Australia's most exceptional luxury residences. You will contribute to projects from concept through to completion, developing thoughtful, beautifully resolved interiors within a collaborative studio where architecture and interiors are considered as one.

The Role

• Creative Design: Develop thoughtful and highly resolved interior concepts.

• Design Development: Progress ideas from concept through to detailed resolution.

• Materiality: Curate materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.

• FF&E: Contribute to furniture, fittings and equipment selections.

• Documentation: Translate design intent into clear interior documentation.

• Client Presentations: Communicate design ideas with confidence and clarity.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architecture, interiors, consultants and suppliers.

• Design Quality: Maintain RMA standards across all stages of the project.

Your Profile

• Experience: Experience in high-end residential interior design.

• Creativity: Strong creative ability and design judgement.

• Aesthetic: A refined eye for proportion, materiality and detail.

• Interiors: Strong knowledge of FF&E, furniture, lighting and finishes.

• Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Revit: Revit experience is highly regarded.

• Organisation: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Passion: A genuine commitment to timeless design and continuous learning.
