SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - BRISBANE

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customers across the Services, Industrial, Government, and Care sectors (including Aged Care and Queensland Health).

You'll build trusted, long-term partnerships by delivering tailored solutions, commercial insights, and exceptional customer service. Focused on driving growth, customer retention, and strategic account development, you'll play a key role in helping customers create better work-life outcomes while contributing to Winc's continued commercial success.

• Manage the retention, growth, and profitability of a strategic customer portfolio.
• Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with customer needs and Winc's business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organisations.
• Leverage industry knowledge and Winc's product and service offering to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Proactively manage the full customer lifecycle, from account planning and renewals to growth opportunities.
• Identify and grow Share of Wallet through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account development.

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse customer data and develop value-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• A results-driven mindset with confidence, accountability, resilience, and adaptability.
