The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with their assigned customer portfolio. This role highlights Winc’s unique value proposition to key decision makers and utilizes industry & data driven insights to deliver relevant customer development plans and achieve targets.

• Manage retention and profitability of contracts
• Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall vertical strategy
• Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
• Maintain expert knowledge of the vertical industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
• Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle

• B2B experience and industry knowledge
• Record of success in achieving targets
• Successful client management skills
• Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc “Single Source” Vision to create opportunity
• Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
