Service Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and high-performing team within the transport industry.

Located in Brisbane’s western corridor with excellent access to public transport, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced service environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team — ensuring vehicles are booked, updated and returned efficiently while delivering clear communication and outstanding service throughout the entire process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating workflow and keeping operations running smoothly in a dynamic workshop environment.

In this role, you will:

• Managing customer enquiries and providing a professional and welcoming service experience

• Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs while coordinating daily workshop schedules

• Preparing estimates, service documentation and repair orders accurately

• Communicating with technicians to monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of work

• Providing customers with updates, additional repair recommendations and expected completion times

• Coordinating warranty claims and administrative processes in line with manufacturer requirements

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient service process from vehicle drop-off through to handover

What we offer:

• $75,000 - $90,000 + super, based on skills and experience

• Permanent, full-time role offering a standard 38-hour work week, rotating half-day Saturday shifts, with occasional overtime available

About You:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive service or customer coordination role

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence using workshop management systems and general computer applications

• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and service delivery
