As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to become an integral part of our team in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast. This is more than a reception role. You'll be the vital link between our customers and technicians, ensuring every vehicle receives the highest level of care from booking through to collection.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a professional and positive experience while coordinating the day-to-day operations of our workshop.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional front-of-house service.

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries.

• Schedule workshop bookings and manage the daily service calendar.

• Prepare estimates, quotations, and customer invoices.

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and explain recommended repairs and maintenance.

• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and suppliers.

• Process payments and finalise completed jobs.

• Maintain accurate customer and workshop records.

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, has excellent communication skills, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Ideally You'll Have

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Administrator, or in a customer service role.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• The ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy workshop environment.

• Confidence using computers and business software.

• High attention to detail.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Highly Regarded

• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Mechanical knowledge or an understanding of vehicle servicing.

• Parts interpreting experience.

• Experience using workshop management systems.

Salary

$70,000 – $90,000

Salary will be negotiated based on your experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team.
