Talent Acquisition Partner

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across the business - from construction professionals and cadets/graduates through to corporate support - helping us build the teams that bring our projects to life.
You will be responsible for:Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles including construction professionals, cadets/graduates and corporate supportSupporting and coaching hiring managers, and developing interview guides and other recruitment toolsApplying candidate assessment tools to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisionsMaintaining structured, well-documented recruitment processes with strong attention to detail at every stageImplementing initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience, including diversity and inclusion strategiesManaging relationships with recruitment agenciesCoordinating pre-commencement and onboarding processes for new startersCollaborating on a range of HR projects and initiatives
We are looking for team members who are flexible, adaptable and enjoy helping others, with:Previous experience as a HR generalist or recruiter, ideally with experience managing high volumes of recruitmentA structured, detail-oriented approach with a genuine focus on quality and consistency in recruitment processesExperience using psychometric or candidate assessment toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSound understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment conditionsExperience using applicant tracking systems and MS ExcelTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field preferred
