At TOMRA, our Customer Experience Ambassadors (aka Loopers!) are the friendly faces behind the Containers for Change Scheme. Every day, our Loopers help customers recycle, reduce waste, and contribute to a cleaner future for our communities.

Whether you're greeting customers with a smile, helping someone use our machines, or keeping the centre looking its best, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that keeps customers coming back again and again.

• Welcoming customers and answering their questions

• Helping people recycle and supporting the Containers for Change Scheme

• Creating positive experiences through exceptional customer service

• Keeping the recycling centre clean, safe, and presentable

• Carrying out basic cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines

• Spotting and reporting safety hazards to keep everyone safe

• Pitching in wherever needed to support the team

• Care about the environment and want to make a positive impact

• Love chatting with people and making their day a little better

• Take pride in keeping things clean, tidy, and organised

• Put safety first because everyone deserves to get home safely

• Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

• Have experience in a customer-facing role and love helping people

• Pay is calculated above Miscellaneous Award Rate (including penalties) starting from $30.75 per hour for Adults

• Role is offered as a part time opportunity working across 3 days- Saturday, Sunday and Mondays 9am-2pm

• Background checks include a federal police check, Pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening
