What You’ll Be Doing

Answering phone calls and helping clients

Responding to emails and customer enquiries

Helping coordinate technician schedules

Keeping calendars and job details up to date

Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks

Helping make sure clients receive a smooth, professional service

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are

Friendly, reliable and easy to communicate with

Organised and good with details

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Calm when handling a few tasks at once

Happy to ask questions and learn as you go

Available 2-3 weekdays per week

Previous reception, admin, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential.
