Site Supervisor and Project Manager

• Site Supervisor

• Project Manager

Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely delivering projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within specification.

• Monitor workmanship, site set-out, plant, equipment and labour resources.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Manage site costs, including labour, plant, equipment and overtime.

• Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality and environmental requirements.

• Participate in weekend work when required.

About You

You will have proven experience supervising commercial or industrial construction projects and possess:

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager.

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.

• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

• Strong knowledge of WHS and quality management systems.

• Experience managing subcontractors and site resources.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.

• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering (desirable).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Project Manager

Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will oversee the commercial and operational delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations and cash flow.

• Prepare purchase orders, approve invoices and administer progress claims.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.

• Monitor project schedules and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality and WHS requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Lead project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

About You

You are an experienced construction professional who brings:

• Previous Project Management experience within the building and construction industry.

• Strong commercial and financial management skills.

• Excellent planning, organisational and time management abilities.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery.

• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
