Thai Herb Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passonate Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive business dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high- performing team in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
• Implement strategies to grow sales, increase customer loyalty, and attract new guests.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, while controlling costs and minimising waste.
• Supervise and train both front and back-of-house staff.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety , and food quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability.
• Work closely with the director on initiatives to support business growth, including potential new locations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in Asian cuisine, particularly Thai Restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai food and beverages.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• At least Diploma in Hospitality (required).
• RSA certification (preferred).
