Duty Manager

The Eastlake Group comprises of Eastlake Football Club, Eastlake Calwell, Eastlake Gungahlin, Eastlake Events, Cornerstone Pub (Gungahlin) and a Football Department (Eastlake Demons) whom proudly participate in the local AFL fixture. 

We are seeking a Full time Duty Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will have proven staff management experience in a customer service environment. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be required to manage the day to day operations of a venue. 

This position will be based at our Kingston venue, however our employees work across venues and flexibility is required to meet operational requirements.

1. A positive and proactive attitude

2. Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and training a team

3. Sound experience in managing multiple priorities 

4. A focus on building rapport with your team and customers 

5. Ability to take ownership of your venue and team when on shift

6. Capability and experience to lead by example and ensure professionalism in all interaction with stakeholders

7. Can guide staff to follow policies and procedures, and address nonperformance issues

8. Demonstrated experience in compliance related activities, undertaking shift reporting and EOM procedures

9. Understanding of the licensed club industry (desirable) and its offerings

10. Current RSA & RCG (desirable)

We are looking for an individual who has had minimum of 2-3yrs experience in a customer service environment and managing teams.

Ability to work within a rotating roster, consisting of day/nights.
