Southpaws are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our new team. Our team of highly skilled and compassionate veterinarians, nurses and support staff work together to deliver exceptional care to every patient and family they see. About you: You are a compassionate, customer-focused professional who brings warmth, resilience and attention to detail to everything you do. You’re confident working both independently and as part of a close-knit team, and you communicate clearly and calmly even under pressure. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Reception or Customer SupportExceptional customer service skills and professional phone mannerStrong time management and multitasking abilityA polite, resilient and empathetic natureHigh attention to detailConfidence using initiative and problem-solving independentlyWillingness to get involved in all areas of the clinicAn energetic, driven and team-oriented approach Don’t meet the 2-year mark?
