We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to join our dynamic Data & Planning team within our Sydney Airport catering operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and delivery of operational data that supports menu execution, production, and customer requirements.

About The Role

As a Data Coordinator, you will support the coordination, validation, and maintenance of critical catering data across systems, ensuring all menu, flight, and operational requirements are accurately reflected. You will work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless delivery, while also contributing to continuous improvement of data processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse, validate and maintain data across catering systemsCoordinate menu builds, updates and changes to meet airline requirementsEnsure accuracy of flight schedules, stowage (LCRs), and menu dataPrepare clear data instructions for internal teams and third-party providersValidate completed data and update where requiredSupport menu presentations and workshops as neededDevelop and maintain packing and plating guides for catering teams and cabin crewIdentify and implement opportunities for process and system improvements

About You

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with data systems (ERP preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvementProven experience in a similar role within airline cateringCulinary or production, manufacturing, or supply chain experience desirableTertiary qualifications and industry certifications (airline/supply chain) desirableAbility to follow both verbal and written instructions and work collaboratively across teams
