About the Business:

The Company is a privately owned and operated manufacturer of quality concrete masonry products, based in Maryborough, QLD. Being a well-established organisation, their diverse concrete masonry range includes traditional grey building block, retaining walls, pavers, and an architectural coloured block range with honed and polished finishes.

They are now seeking to employ a Customer Service and Administration Officer to assist with their daily operations and increased demands for their products and services.

About the Role:

The Company is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Customer Service and Administration representative to join their sales team.  The position will not only focus on supporting our existing client base but prepare key reports to monitor and support the continued sales growth of the business.  This role will also become heavily involved in the release and promotion of new products.

The appointment of this position is aligned with their strategy of continuing growth in the South Queensland market through the development and promotion of their innovative masonry products.

 To be considered for this position you will need to possess the below attributes:

• Be highly motivated to develop maintain business in a growth market.
  
• Have a proven sales/customer service record and the ability to negotiate pricing and supply agreements.
  
• Have a high level of motivation and commitment to achieving outstanding sales results.
  
• Have exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
  
• Have previous experience in account management and/or project management role.
  
• Experience in product presentations to the professional fraternity such as architects, engineers and building designers. 
  

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with the management of customer service and the overall customer experience.
  
• Managing existing accounts throughout South Queensland incorporating trade/commercial contractors and retail end-users.
  
• Assist with the management of quoting and pricing systems.
  
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM system
  
• Maintain a comprehensive key reporting system by KPI targets for sales calls etc.
