Senior Sales Lead / Customer Service Rep

Delaco Panels is a fast-growing company specialising in premium acoustic panels, interior and exterior cladding, and providing innovative building solutions. With warehouses and clients across Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products, excellent customer service, and creative solutions for homes and businesses.

We’re looking for an experienced sales person to join our team and take ownership of inbound and outbound communications. The right person is friendly, organised and proactive with ability to act across a varied sales lead, administration and customer service role. The ideal person will be confident communicating with customers, well presented, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales, administration, customer service is preferred, with construction or design experience as a bonus! Ultimately we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn, contribute and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, invoices, and order processing.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Greet customers and demo products in person at our showroom, while providing expert product knowledge (Training provided)
• Qualify and nurture incoming warm leads, support marketing campaigns
• Administrative Support
• Manage daily office administration including filing and data entry.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and Shopify backend.
• Coordinate with Warehouse team regarding orders, deliveries, and stock.
• Customer Service
• Provide excellent front-line service to clients and suppliers.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience (Minimum 2 years preferred) in sales, plus admin and customer service experience.
• Experience in construction, design or related fields is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.
