We need an ambitious, brand-obsessed marketing leader to help us do it.

THE ROLE:

This Marketing leader will champion an assortment of ZURU Edge beauty brands under our Fragrance Portfolio, managing best in class marketing strategy from ideation through to execution in order to drive business growth.

As the brand custodian, you will bring together cross-functional teams to deliver and execute global plans across the brand, and build and maintain strong relationships with external key accounts, agency partners, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Strategy & Execution

• Define and drive brand marketing plans across the Fragrance Portfolio — DAISE Beauty and our next brand in the pipeline — from ideation through to execution.

• Lead go-to-market activity for new markets, retailers and NPD launches, including bringing an entirely new brand to life.

• Build the marketing measurement framework for the portfolio, identifying what's actually driving growth.

• Manage campaigns from concept to completion, partnering with agencies and internal teams to bring big ideas to life.

• Own brand marketing budgets end-to-end, with a sharp focus on optimisation, profitable growth and getting the most out of every dollar.

Insights & Planning

• Use market, customer and industry insights to shape product roadmaps and positioning

• Lead annual business planning with commercial and product teams to build strategic growth plans for your brands.

• Participate in new product and new brand development brainstorms across the Beauty Vertical — including shaping the newest addition to our fragrance family.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Build resourcing plans with senior management and support growing and nurturing your team.

• Manage and support the brand marketing team to deliver and execute plans across the brand.

• Build strong relationships with key accounts to develop and deliver strong joint execution plans.

• Act as brand custodian internally, bringing a marketing lens to product and commercial decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' experience in Brand Marketing, ideally with product launches in beauty or personal care.

• You studied Marketing, Business, or equivalent.

• Bonus points if you've led launches across multiple markets beyond ANZ.

• Sharp instincts for trend and culture, with a knack for finding the idea that breaks through.

Mindset & Energy

• Proactive, driven and genuinely excited by everything marketing.

• Comfortable with ambiguity, energised by being the challenger brand.

• Excellent communicator and organiser, equally at home in a boardroom or a brainstorm.

• Ready to step into a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager role and make it your own.

• Keen to be based in our beautiful Surry Hills office in Sydney
