The Role:

We're looking for a Loyalty Marketing Specialist to join our Lotteries team on a 12-month parental leave contract, supporting loyalty, lifecycle and subscription marketing across our lottery and membership products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning customer data into practical campaigns, improving supporter journeys and helping members stay engaged over time. You'll work across email, SMS, direct mail, web, prize home and digital channels to deliver targeted campaigns that support member growth, retention and long-term supporter value.

You'll work closely with the Loyalty Team Leader and collaborate with CRM, Product, Data, Acquisition & Retention Marketing Teams, Customer Support and Compliance.

What you'll do:

• Deliver loyalty, lifecycle and retention campaigns across our lottery and membership products
• Build and optimise supporter journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention, payment recovery, win-back, reward and recognition
• Use data, segmentation and campaign insights to make member communications more relevant and effective
• Support campaign planning across email, SMS, direct mail, web, digital and member channels
• Help develop loyalty content, offers and member experiences that are clear, consistent and supporter-centred
• Report on campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, conversion and lifetime value
• Work with CRM and automation tools to build targeted campaigns and test different messages, mechanics and journeys
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns accurately, on time and in line with commercial and compliance requirements

What you'll bring:

• 3 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, loyalty, retention, subscriptions, fundraising, digital marketing or campaign marketing
• Confidence working with customer data, segments and campaign reporting
• Strong campaign coordination skills and attention to detail
• Good copy judgement and the ability to create clear, customer-focused communications
• A test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about what drives engagement and retention
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Sound judgement when working in a regulated or trust-sensitive environment

You don't need lottery or gaming experience. If you've worked in subscriptions, fundraising, financial services, media, retail, e-commerce, memberships or another customer marketing environment, your skills will transfer.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms - We use Braze
• Experience using reporting or analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel, Amplitude or similar
• Experience working on customer journeys, triggered campaigns or lifecycle programs
• Exposure to regulated marketing, responsible gambling, responsible play, fundraising or financial services
