Customer Service Officer(FTC) - 12 Month

The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer(FTC) based at our Silverwater office in New South Wales on a fixed term full time basis.

If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a friendly supportive team where your contribution will be valued, this is the job for you. We have recently refurbished our office with great state of the art facilities.

As well as utilising your existing skills, you will learn new skills as part of our on-the-job training, be exposed to the construction materials industry and have the opportunity to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
• Answering customer calls professionally and efficiently
• You will be responsible for the taking and input of concrete orders within an allocated section of the Sydney Metropolitan concrete business
• Maintain constant and adequate communication with plant staff and other departments within the business as required

What you will need to succeed

• Commitment to health, safety and environment policies and procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills which will allow you to effectively communicate with drivers, managers and staff
• You will also need a very good understanding of the Sydney metropolitan area
• Accuracy and consistency is a must along with exceptional customer service skills
• Proven customer service experience is required, and you must have good problem-solving abilities and a good work ethic
