The Company… 
The company was established in 1994 and is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of all things in, on and around concrete. They also provide wholesale distribution of industrial concrete supplies to trade stores throughout Australia. With recent growth in their business, they are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for their Concrete and Steel Reinforcing division. 

The Position…
The Customer Service Representative will have a strong focus on customer relationships and monitor the service delivery to ensure customer’s needs are met. You will focus on the customer, build and maintain positive and profitable relationships specific to individual needs. In addition, you will keep abreast of internal and external factors which may affect customer need whilst being up to date with new initiatives and best practices. You will be someone that is results driven and accepts challenging performance targets. Being well organised and having a planned approach to tackle initiatives will also be required.

The Ideal Candidate… 
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience with the reinforcing steel industry (preferred)
  
• Estimating and scheduling of reinforcing steel (preferred)
  
• Applicable years of retail store experience
  
• Proven successful experience in store sales
  
• People and customer engagement skills
  
• Strong organisational skills
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a team
  
• Ability to propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  

• Work regular hours between Monday to Friday.
