The HMA Group is an international engineering and manufacturing company specialising in the supply of; wear resistant lining solutions, material handling equipment, boiler cleaning equipment and services, process instrumentation and valve solutions.  Our wide range of equipment and services are used across all industries including mining, power generation, industrial, petrochemical, oil and gas, process, water and wastewater.

We are seeking a motivated individual for our HMA Wear Solutions store in Berkeley Vale. HMA Wear Solutions are recognised as a market leader in this field and have been supplying and manufacturing specialised ceramic wear resistant linings and systems in Australia for over 40 years. 

THE ROLE

Based at our Head Office in Berkeley Vale and reporting to the Production Manager, you will work in a team to assist in receiving and quality checking incomings parts; and packing and dispatching finished goods to the highest standard of quality and accuracy.

Duties include:

• Inwards goods receiving including unpacking and re-stocking shelves.

• Quality check all incoming goods

• Pick, Pack & Dispatch of orders to Australian standards

• Processing and checking of Repair Returns

• Inventory management (cycle counting, stock checks etc)

• Packaging and consumables replenishment

• Some heavy lifting required 

• Processing/Generating consignment notes.

• Booking transport pickups

• Maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse areas

• Any other duties as required

Your attributes:

• Can work within a small team

• Experience in Chain of Responsibility

• Excellent organisational skills and time management as this role can be quite autonomous at times, the ability to plan out your day and communicate this effectively with the rest of the team is a must.

• High attention to detail

• Computer literate

• An enthusiastic, passionate, and can-do attitude

• Ability to conduct daily manual handling duties required for this role (lifting up to 20kg)

• Must have a forklift license.

• Prior warehousing experience would be ideal.
