Our small but mighty team is looking for a professional, reliable, passionate leader to join our team. We are a family owned centre who has the flexibility to do things a little differently to corporate childcare. This role will require excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with our families and educators.

The role:

• Lead-day-to-day operations - Policies and Procedures

• Effective leadership and strategic operations - achieve targets

• Ensuring quality alongside occupancy growth

• Mentor and support your team to exceed the NQS
