As Centre Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, drive centre performance, and create a positive culture where children, families, and educators thrive.

As our Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations and driving excellence across all aspects of the service.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a passionate team of educators
• Managing centre operations to achieve quality, compliance, occupancy, and financial goals
• Building strong relationships with families and the wider community
• Driving enrolments through community engagement and local marketing initiatives
• Supporting your team to achieve and maintain outcomes that Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards
• Creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture

You are a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about inspiring others and delivering high-quality early education.

You'll bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements
• A current Working with Children Check
• Demonstrated success in achieving occupancy and operational targets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
